Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) has promoted Michele Roepke as the new assistant vice president of Human Resources (HR) to address requirements of multiple business areas.
Reporting to chief human resources officer, Suzanne Dowd Zeller, Roepke will be responsible for operations, IT compliance, suitability, organization sourcing and business reengineering as well as Allianz Investment Management.
Roepke joined Allianz Life in 2008, and led the HR leadership team through a reorganization, in addition to contributing to a global HR team that offered HR services throughout other Allianz affiliated companies worldwide.
Zeller said Roepke has a proven track record in successfully implementing high level, complex initiatives.
''I look forward to seeing her continue to showcase her strategic focus, proactive leadership, collaboration, and knowledge of the business,''Zeller added.
Roepke holds extensive HR expertise focused on leadership development and organizational design through association with several industries including food, consumer packaged goods, and insurance.
