Reportedly, Argentina's largest steel maker Techint Group announced that the company planned to expand their steel plant by adapting new modernize technology to boost operations, and improve capacity in order to meet the market requirement.
The company believes economy condition and global financial problem will improve in this year.
Therefore, the company plans to focus on increasing productivity to become more competitive in a context of rising costs, and an economy that will grow in 2013.
The company will be able to prevent unfair import materials against local market.
