Premier Tech Chronos has supplied PVC compounder Dugdale with its eighth Chrono-Weigh E55 bagging weigher, for the company’s compounding facility in West Yorkshire, UK.
The new weigher equipped with stainless steel contact parts has been supplied on a bespoke designed support framework; feedbin, valve bag filling spout; and FIBC filling spout.
Premier Tech has installed the system in an existing building that is adjacent to its previously supplied bagging systems.
The bagging weigher comes with a 'push-pull' discharge chute configuration or multi-tip precision weighments.
Bagging process control can be achieved using a SpeedAC NXT weighing controller.
