Bobst has completed installations of NOVACUT 106 E, VISIONFOLD 80 and AMBITION 76 A1 folder gluers and die-cutters across India.
According to the company, NOVACUT 106 E die-cutting machine has been installed at companies such as Parksons Packaging in Chakan and Rudrapur and Sai Packaging in Bangalore.
The machine is used primarily in the packaging and label industry and to convert materials such as paper, carton-board, corrugated board and semi-rigid plastic. It has the Autoplaten technology which helps in quicker setups and fewer stops in production.
NOVACUT 106 E reaches production speeds of up to 8,000 sheets per hour.
Installed in TCPL and Surface Graphics at Silvassa, Singhania Printers at Hyderabad, the AMBITION 76 folder-gluer has the capacity to produce a range of products such as CD/DVD sleeves and a wide range of packaging.
The machine, which has a speed of 66 to 984 ft/min, can process materials such as carton-board with thickness of 0.024 inches and corrugated board with N, F and E flute type.
Surface Graphics has also installed VISIONFOLD 80 A2 folder gluer at its Silvassa plant.
