Viper Powersports has completed the acquisition of the assets of Minnesota-based Precision Metal Fab Racing (PMFR).
PMFR, which has been operating for 36 years, will manufacture performance racing bikes and components.
Viper Powersports CEO John Silseth said the company plans to begin manufacturing of Diamondback production components, while assisting PMFR's team to upgrade and expand the PMFR website to include its proprietary Viper-Ilmor V-Twin Engines.
"Viper now has the world class capabilities of manufacturing and selling complete NHRA Pro Stock Drag Race chassis, featuring a Viper-Ilmor racing engine," Silseth said.
Following the acquisition, PMFR will serve as Viper Powersports' new aftermarket, high performance division.
