CNA Financial, a commercial insurance writer, has named Andy Cohen as the vice president of field operations.
Cohen joined CNA from Travelers Insurance, where he was acting as vice president, strategy, middle market and was involved in developing a multi-year plan encompassing investments in field execution, product and service development, business intelligence, operational efficiency, and workforce management.
Prior to Travelers, Cohen worked with several insurance clients to implement growth strategies, offering improved operational efficiencies and leveraging technology through his role at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants.
CNA's insurance product suite comprises standard commercial lines, specialty lines, surety, marine and other property and casualty coverages.
