Prudential Group Insurance has appointed Chuck Brousseau as vice president for its national small market business sales.
Brousseau will oversee all the work pertaining to small market business sales strategy, sales force direction and sales support functions, said Prudential.
Prudential Insurance small business segment senior vice president Andy Sullivan said that Chuck comes to the firm with an impressive background, managing all aspects of the group insurance sales function and delivering superior results, such as promoting a high-performance culture and attracting and retaining top performing sales teams.
With 15 years of diverse insurance expertise, Brousseau has experience in managing sales and distribution of group insurance products and services.
Prior to accepting position at Prudential, he acted as regional vice president of The Hartford's central and west regions, managing businesses across small, regional, and national accounts.
Brousseau started his career with UNUMProvident and moved to Benelogic, an online employee benefits firm where he worked as vice president of sales, marketing, and business development.
Prudential Group Insurance manufactures and distributes a full range of group life, long-term and short-term disability, long-term care, dental, and corporate and trust-owned life insurance in the US to institutional clients primarily for use in connection with employee and membership benefits plans.
