The StepUp Contractor Package is available for $9.99 per month, with no minimum commitments or contracts, the companies announced. It includes more than a dozen online training courses, including topics such as: vehicle inspection; cargo securement; hours-of-service; dangerous goods; health and wellness; fuel efficiency; and business skills for owner/operators.
