Animal, the UK’s leading action sports lifestyle brand has announced the opening of a new showroom in Manchester. Based in the city centre, the new space signifies the brand’s continued growth in 2014 following on from the opening of the new London showroom earlier in the year.
Opened recently, wholesale customers are now able to visit the space to view the new product. The 2,000 sq. ft showroom is located in the Fairburn Building, 70 - 72 Sackville Street, Manchester and is currently showcasing brand’s Spring Summer 2015 collections across men’s, women’s, boys’ and girls’ clothing and accessories. Boasting such a large space, Animal hopes to support existing wholesale customers and attract new accounts to support its sales growth strategy and grow more of its UK accounts.
Animal’s Head of Brand and Marketing, Joel Pickering comments, “Relocating the Manchester showroom into this central location has been a great step for the brand making it much more accessible to our Northern accounts. We are looking forward to introducing the new Spring Summer 2015 range to existing and new customers in this great space which reinforces our core brand values”.
Having relocated from its smaller location in Warrington, the new showroom will be a hub for the brand in the North of England that will not only make it more accessible to the brand’s Northern accounts but establish new retail customers.
Established in 1987 by two surfers who developed a solution to their watch straps that broke under extreme conditions – Animal has now become the original UK action sports lifestyle brand. As well as offering a good selection of menswear, Animal boasts an extensive team of riders in each of its core sports. These are surf, BMX, free ski, skate, mountain bike and snowboard.
