Informatization should become a main power to sustain and boost petrochemical industry towards a mid-to-high level, Sinopec Chairman Wang Yupu said at the Sinopec informatization leading group plenary session recently.
He demanded to strengthen the overall planning and top-level design of informatization, to highlight the key points of project construction and to implement corresponding schemes based on classification. Sinopec will promote the construction of major projects such as ERP, smart factory, unified e-commerce and large logistics. More efforts should be made on data analysis and application in all areas.
