Japan-based Shiseido has partnered with Shochiku to launch THE GINZA KABUKIZA Oil Blotting Paper in commemoration of the opening of the new Kabukiza theater in April 2013.
The new Oil Blotting Paper, which has been produced jointly by GINZA & KABUKIZA was the new project launched by Shochiku, and Shiseido's subsidiary, THE GINZA company.
According to the company, the facial blotter will be on sale from 2 April 2013 at only two stores, SHISEIDO THE GINZA, which is Shiseido's total beauty facility, and the GINZA KABUKIZA store in the Kabukiza building.
Shiseido's advertising creation department has designed the packaging for the new limited-edition product where the motive of the Chinese phoenix, Kabukiza's crest is rendered in three colors (black, persimmon and light yellowish green) used in Kabukiza's curtains.
Shiseido and Kabukiza were both founded in Ginza in 1872 and 1889, respectively.
