The new machine from the digital print and coding specialists will be available in three formats: inline, near-line and offline.
Speaking to Packaging News at Emballage, chief marketing officer Carl-Michael Heüveldop said that the machine would fulfil a need in the market for printing on individual sections of a blister pack.
At the Paris event, Atlantic Zeiser highlighted its Production Management Platform software, which has the ability to monitor products for track and trace purposes in the pharmaceutical market.
"We are able to extend the chain for the manufacturer," added Heüveldop. "The software needs to handle different formats for different countries. You have to fulfil regulations in the pharmaceutical market but with the PMP software you can gain information that you could only previously dream of gaining."
