Organic Smoked Spanish Paprika is a fine red powder with a pleasant smokey aroma. The product's flavor can be attributed to the way peppers are grown and dried in Spain, the company said.
Each pepper is set over oak logs and turned by hand until it is dried, resulting in a balanced aroma and flavor that adds color and complexity to many Spanish dishes
