Volaris Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software, has completed acquisition of Information Distribution & Marketing (IDMI) for an undisclosed amount.
The transaction represents the company's first acquisition in the insurance vertical.
Headquartered in Warner Robins, Georgia, IDMI is a provider of property and casualty insurance administration software to regional insurance companies and Managing General Agents (MGA).
The company, which is led by Gary Martin will operate as a separate entity and continue serving its customers under the IDMI and Primoris Services brands.
IDMI's flagship product, PTS is a real-time policy tracking and administration system for information management from policy administration and reporting functions to agency point of sale and mobile applications
More than 45 PTS systems have been installed to date by the company to support both personal and commercial lines within the insurance industry in the US.
