"My Secret Kitchen has a great lineup of food products and a very loyal, enthusiastic following in the U.K. It will be an excellent addition to the CVSL family of companies," said John Rochon Jr., chairman of CVSL's investment committee." "Clare and her team have done a wonderful job. From the first time we talked to Clare in London, we knew that there was a good match here. We look forward to helping grow her business."
Mr. Rochon noted that My Secret Kitchen's direct selling expertise in the U.K. will be helpful to all CVSL companies in that market over the coming years.
Ms. Moran said that her team sees new opportunities for her company as part of CVSL. "John Rochon's vision for CVSL as an umbrella for bringing together direct selling companies is exciting, because it will help us to grow while at the same time keeping our brand and identity and everything that makes us special," she noted. "We're thrilled at the prospect of being part of this direct selling family."
