The Norwegian seafood industry is built on a greater body of knowledge, research and science than anywhere else in the world and it is now time to share this.
Recognising an opportunity to provide a central resource for information on Norwegian Cod, the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC) has developed a dedicated platform of compelling online information with its new Cod Academy content hub.
Delivering content in an engaging format to simplify and contextualise complex subjects such as provenance, sustainability, quotas and stock management, fishery policies, supply chain, taste and quality, the site will help industry members to explore and understand the full Norwegian Cod value chain.
