At the Wal-Mart Vendor Summit held in Shenzen, EPIC received an award for "Exceptional Gains in Productivity and Improvement in Efficiency".
This award was received on behalf of EPIC by Mr. Ranju and Mr. Scott Felder.
EPIC was the only apparel manufacturer from Bangladesh to receive an award this year.
In addition to receiving this award, EPIC was also given an opportunity to meet with senior leadership of Wal-Mart USA team and a one-on-one meeting with them.
Established in 1971 Epic has successfully transitioned from being a buying agent to today being a large multinational company with world class manufacturing facilities in Asia employing over 15,000 people.
