Embleton Hall Dairies, in England is all set to launch its milk in the new two-liter infini HDPE recyclable bottle, which has been designed by Nampak Plastics, UK's plastic milk bottle manufacturer.
Designed to be light weighted by up to 25% across the range, the infini bottle contains up to 15% rHDPE, which is set to increase in the future with a target of up to 30% by 2015.
Carl Thorley of Nampak said, "It is better by design and is playing an important role in helping the British dairy industry to meet its environmental targets and the support we have received from Embleton shows we are meeting the demands of the market."
The 100% recyclable HDPE plastic milk bottle can be recycled the same way as a standard bottle.
