Ipopema FIZAN 76, a closed investment fund created by Ipopema, completed its purchase of Impress decor from Constantia Industries AG on 8 March once all anti-trust authorities approved the deal. The take-over was agreed on in several contracts signed in December 2012 and January 2013. Heimo Brestowanszky and Jeremy Roberts will manage the fund through the management firm I76. I76’s managers are to work to advance the expansion of surface operations.
