Japanese automaker Honda Motor is set to introduce its all-new 2015 Fit at the 2014 North American International Auto Show in Detroit on 13 January 2014.
All-new 2015 Fit will be based on the company's current Fit model. The company will unveil significant advancements designed to further extend Fit's status in the subcompact-car class.
The new vehicle will feature all-new platform and Earth Dreams Technology powertrain. It will be equipped with Honda's next-generation advanced compatibility engineering (ACE) body structure.
This new Fit will be produced for the first time in North America at a new plant in Celaya, Mexico.
Introduced in 2007, the Fit is currently is manufactured at ten locations around the world and sold in 123 countries. The company has sold 4.87 million Fit units globally until now.
