Hayes Components has made several promotions recently, saying the changes come on the heels of 24 months of sales growth.
Josh Pallesen, a 10-year veteran of Hayes, has been appointed to assistant general manager. Prior to this promotion, Pallesen was director of product and headed up all product management, test engineering and quality at Hayes.
Additionally, Hayes has promoted Eric Schutt to product manager of Hayes Disc Brake and Jon Wells to junior product manager and sponsorship and event coordinator. Wells, also known as “Big Jon," will now be the “go-to guy” for sponsorships, Hayes said.
“These organizational changes indicate our commitment to continually evolve our business and provide the best products and best service to our customers,” said Darren Campbell, vice president and general manager of Hayes Components.
Hayes Components' brands include Hayes Disc Brakes, Manitou, SUNringlé and Answer.
