Car rental service firm Europcar has signed an agreement with fleet management services provider Active Fleet Solutions' subsidiary TTS360.
Under the contract, TTS360 will have to provide incident and accident management services for Europcar's fleet of about 40,000 vehicles across the UK.
TTS360 will offer services such as 24/7/ 365 First Notification of Loss service, Third party intervention, replacement vehicles, vehicle recovery, claims handling and personal injury claims to Europcar.
Active Fleet Solutions managing director Andy Rowe said fleet companies want transparency and efficiency in how all incidents are dealt with to minimize the loss to the business in terms of both time and money.
"We're delighted to be providing one of the largest fleets in the country with TTS360's services which are tailored to each of our clients' specific needs and are designed to reduce the overall cost of claims," Rowe added.
With the deal, TTS360 will provide access either to a full range of services or a bespoke system to integrate with current suppliers to simplify the delivery of incident and accident management services for fleets, brokers, insurance companies, dealers as well as manufacturers.
