German sports car manufacture Porsche sold 141,075 vehicles in 2012, up 18.7%, compared to 118,868 vehicles it sold in 2011.
Sales in the Asia/Pacific region increased 23.6% to 50,376 units in 2012 and sales in Europe rose 13.5% to 49,639 new cars.
The company sold 31,205 new cars in China in 2012 while in the US sales totalled 35, 043 units.
Porsche Sales and Marketing executive board member Bernhard Maier said, "In 2013 we will carry forward our product offensive with the launch of our new hybrid vehicles, such as the 918 Spyder, and of our new Macan SUV."
The company has increased the number of vehicles delivered to customers by 83.9% Over the past three years.
In December 2012, Porsche unveiled the new edition of Porsche 911 GT3 Cup race car in Germany, which is powered by 3.8L horizontally-opposed six cylinder engine.
