China Steel Corp. (CSC), the largest carbon steelmaker in Taiwan released its financial result for June.
In June, CSC realized operating sales revenues of NT$25.87 billion in June, decreasing by 11.4% from a month ago and its earnings before sales totaled NT$1.57 billion, declining by 25.2% from May.
Meanwhile, its sales of carbon steel totaled 736,089 tons in June, falling by 5.6% month on month, accounting for 64% of domestic sales.
In the first half of this year, CSC’s operating sales revenues amounted to NT$173.15 billion.
In the given period of time, the firm’s carbon steel sales totaled 4.83 million tons, accounting for 65% of domestic sales.
