Kanepi Innovations, a provider of wireless energy control systems, today announces a new servicing and support structure to better fit the budget and support needs of new and existing customers. The strategy will allow customers to choose from four different plans that range from a limited, one-time connection servicing to a premier connection option for those customers who desire continuous support from the Kanepi Technical Support Team.

Four levels of service are now offered:

1. One-time Connection Plan

2. Basic Connection Plan

3. Professional Connection Plan

4. Premier Connection Plan

“We believe the Kanepi system is a product for the user, with these new changes, continued advancements are being made for ease of use, flexibility, and customization for the overall user experience,” Craig Klem, Director of Applications Engineering, elaborates on the new offering, “we understand each facility operation is unique, along with the staff that manages it. Certain customers purchase for the energy savings, others buy for the flexibility.  Some customers want to have full control of the system themselves and others task the Kanepi team to implement change requests. Ultimately, it comes down to how much the facility manager wants to be involved with their Kanepi System. These new service and support levels should bring in line what the facility manager needs with the offerings from the Kanepi Technical Support Team.”
