Homann Holzwerkstoffe, which was created on 15 November 2012 after changing its name from HW Industries GmbH, has raked in €50m from a corporate bond. The subscription period was originally supposed to run from 3 to 12 December, but ended on the first day due to over-subscription. The bonds have been traded over the counter at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 4 December. The interest rate was fixed at 7% with a five-year term at denominations of €1,000.
