We have our own most modern and well-equipped manufacturing facilities at Jeedimetla,R.R District,and Hyderabad which is just 12 kms.Away from our corporate office which is located at Ameerpet in the heart of Hyderabad city.Both our manufacturing unit and corporate office are so located that they are easily accessible to our clients as well as our vendors.
Besides manufacturing of D.G sets we have set-up a separate Division for manufacture and supply of tailor made turnkey Electrical Projects and various other Electrical panels as per customers requirements.
It is out of place to mention here we are pioneers in the manufacture of AMF Panels,Auto Change over and Synchronizing panels suitable for any D.G sets and thereby we have achieved a position of leadership in this field.
We are a well established and professionally managed company with more than a decade of presence in the field of generator marketing,trading as well as manufacturing activity.We were the authorized dealers for Kirloskar brand D.G sets for entire Andre Pradesh for more than 8 years prior to our appointment as OEMs for AshokLeyLand D.G sets.After noticing our phenomenal growth during the last 8years in the generator field and the infra structure available with us M/s.Ashok Leyland Ltd.Chennai have awarded there OEM-ship for manufacture and supply of their brand of D.G set for entire AP,Orissa and Chhattisgarh respectively in the year 2006.
After attaining Ashok Leyland OEM-ship we have been growing steadily in terms of market share,turn over and our presents in the market which all contributed to our impressive growth.
Infrastructure
We have our state-of the art manufacturing facility at Jeedimetla Industrial area on a sprawling 2-acre land and equipped with latest CNC machines which were imported from Amada Corporation,Japan.These machines are used for cutting,bending,sharing and drilling of the sheet metal body for precise and accurate fabrication of the Acoustic Enclosures Panels etc to give smooth and aesthetic finish.
Apart from the above equipment we have also installed latest powder quoting machine for painting of the Acoustic Enclosures,Panels etc.Also Load Bank of 320KW capacity is being installed for load testing of the D.G Sets.We have also installed ERP machine and also EOT crane is in use at the factory.
Sales Network
We have well knitted sales force network in place across Andhra Pradesh,Orissa and Chhattisgarh through which orders are generated as for companies set target.This sales network will plan and try to achieve the desired targets with the help of the management.This network wills also helping solving after sales service problems in their respective areas.
Orders in their respective areas so as to help the company achieve its set TargetsRegularly we will be fed with market updates and based on their info we will accordingly plan our production activity.From our side we extend all support required by the Dealers in terms of price after sales service support and any other help required by them from time to time.
