Better4U Foods, a US-based producer of natural gluten-free and thin crust pizzas, has announced that Whole Foods Market will carry a range of its thin crust pizzas in 31 stores across Northern California.
The Whole Foods Market will sell four varieties of the company's gluten free pizzas such as Gluten Free Mediterranean, Gluten Free Uncured Pepperoni, Gluten Free Four Cheese and Gluten Free Dairy Free (100% Vegan) Roasted Vegetable.
In addition, the stores will carry Better4U Foods Wood Fired Thin Crust pizzas including Thin Crust Roasted Vegetable, Thin Crust Four Cheese and Thin Crust Mediterranean.
The gluten-free multigrain crust contains 8g of whole grains per serving, while each wood fired thin crust pizza contains eight whole grains and 19g of whole grains per serving, said the company.
Commenting on the new transaction, Better4U Foods founder and CEO Jack Lotker said that the consumers in Northern California are health-conscious and look for natural and gluten-free products.
Better4U's gluten-free pizzas are manufactured in the company's GFCO Certified Gluten-Free facility.
