Czech beer establishment Pivovary Lobkowicz Group has acquired an additional stake in Rychtar brewery, a move that will bring the company's ownership to 80%.
The company has acquired 30% stake in the brewery, in which it already has 50% share that was acquired in 2008, the Reuters reported.
Earlier in November, Pivovary announced that it generated around $41.85m in annual revenues, up by 2% during the first nine months.
The company's total beer volume increase 3.5% to 687,222 hectolitres during the same period.
Pivovary Lobkowicz currently operates seven breweries in the Czech Republic.
The company produces various beers, including light beers, lagers, semi-dark beers, dark lagers, stronger beers, yeast beers, unfiltered beers, wheat beers, various ales, bock-type beers, flavoured beers or radlers, and non-alcoholic beers.
