Toyota’s test laboratory division Scion is planning to unveil Scion iM Concept car at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show.
The compact five-door hatchback would feature geometric grille inserts, deep air intakes, angular vents, fog lights, and 19-inch forged alloy wheels featuring performance tires.
The car also features front rotors and 4-piston calipers with adjustable height racing suspension and aerodynamic features to improve the performance of the vehicle.
The iM has been derived from the Toyota Auris, as it closely resembles the car.
Scion vice president Doug Murtha said: "The tastes of today's younger buyers have evolved.
They want a car that provides excitement and individuality, as well as the comfort, technology and reliability that Scion offers.
"The iM Concept combines sleek styling with the versatility of a modern hatchback to catch the eye of Scion customers. Stay tuned for more on how we will bring this vision to the road."
The company has not given out the engine specification but it is likely to feature Toyota Corolla's 132hp 1.8-liter four cylinder engine.
