i. State-Level Development Zones
Xining Economical & Technological Development Zone (National-level) Approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China in July, 2000, it is one of the key measures to expand foreign investment attraction scale in the central and western areas and improve utilization level of foreign investment, which symbolizes the Xining Economic & Technological Development Zone will be a frontier and platform for the economic construction development of Qinghai. With the concept of" One Zone with Many Parks", the Management Committee of the Zone has integrated the industrial parks in Xining, which has been subdivided into many industrial parks including Dongchuan Industrial Park, Ganhe Industrial Park, and Biotechnical Industries Park.etc.
