It is reported that Finnish steelmaker Rautaruukki announced to focus on its special steel business instead of a commodity steel business in order to increase the profitability of the entire group this year.
It’s learned that the company will focus on the special steel products include high-strength and wear-resistant steels for developing its distribution and partnership network. Although, the steel business remained flat at this moment and it would definitely effect demand and supply chain this year. Anyway, the company optimizes to see the market improvement for remaining this year.
