The new Board of Directors is as follows: Mr Matthias Warnig MD of Nord Stream AG; Mr Mikhail V Kuzovlev president and chairman of the Board, Bank of Moscow; Mr Nikolai P Laverov VP of Russian Academy of Sciences; Mr Alexander D Nekipelov VP of Russian Academy of Sciences; Mr Hans Joerg Rudloff chairman of Barclays Capital; Mr Igor I Sechin president and chairman of the Management Board, Rosneft; Mr Sergei V Shishin senior VP of VTB Bank; Mr Dmitri E Shugaev deputy DG of Russian Technologies; Mr Ilya V Scherbovich president of United Capital Partners.
