The ASX Has Approved for Its Ordinary Shares to Be Listed in The Form of CDI

Linktone Ltd. (Nasdaq: LTON) revealed that the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) has approved for its ordinary shares to be listed in the form of chess depositary interest (CDI).

On Friday, the company will get listed in the ASX under the ticker symbol of LTL. Meanwhile, its ADS will continue trading on the Nasdaq.

Every CDI of Linktone represents ten ordinary shares. The company pointed out that it will not offer new shares because of the listing in Australia or finance more money through the IPO.
