China's Producer Price Index (PPI) Fell by 1.6% Year on Year

According to report of the China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), China’s producer price index (PPI) fell by 1.6% year on year while rising by 0.2% month on month in February.

In February, the country’s domestic industrial producers’ purchase prices dropped by 1.9% year on year while rising by 0.2% from a month ago.

Meanwhile, China’s average PPI was down by 1.6% and the country’s domestic industrial producers purchase prices dropped by 1.9% during January through February, both compared to the figures in the same period of a year ago.
