Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600010) announced on October 31 that it was intending to discuss matters related to its non-pubic share issuance and needs to communicate with relevant institutions on some matters and there still are uncertainties.
The stock will suspend trade from November 1, 2013. The company promised to identify if carrying out the significant deal and announce the progress and result as soon as possible. The stock will resume trade not later than November 7, 2013.
