Canadian Initiated an Expiry Review of Its Finding Made on August 20, 2008

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal initiated an expiry review of its finding made on August 20, 2008, in Inquiry N. NQ-2008-001 concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain carbon steel welded pipe from China.

On April 4, 2013, the Canada Border Services Agency will determine if there is a likelihood of resumed or continued dumping and subsidizing. In the event of positive determinations, the Tribunal will determine, on August 19, 2013, whether the continued or resumed dumping and subsidizing are likely to result in injury or retardation.
