Reuters reported that Russian gold companies increased gold production by 5.2% in the first 10 months of 2012 compared to the same period of last year.
The Gold Industrialists Union said that the industry lobby said that total gold production stood at 186.4 tonnes in January to October of 2012 including mined output output of gold as a by product of other metals and refining from scrap.
