Turkey's exports of hot rolled coils (HRC) totaled 200,188 tons in April, soaring by 42.8% from a month ago and more than double year on year, according to data of the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). Among them, the HRC exports made to Italy were at 100,430 tons, double from a month ago; those to Portugal were at 41,125 tons, hitting the history high. In the first four months of this year, Turkey's HRC exports amounted to 633,858 tons, soaring by double in comparison of the figures in the same period of a year ago.
