According to data released by the Metals Service Center Institute Tuesday, the US service center's steel shipments rose by 9.8% year on year in September. Meanwhile, the stocks of steel products in the US steel service center fell by 8.4% year on year in September. Besides, the Canadian service center's steel shipments rose by 1.1% year on year in September. The steel product stocks slumped by 20.4% year on year.
