Recently,Industry and Information Administration released the latest"Glass Fiber Industry Entry Criteria(Amended in 2012).The Entry Criteria is implemented on October 1,2012 and the original criteria is abolished at the same time.Comparisons to the orginal,the new entry criteria has whole improved on enterprise layout,technological equipment,energy consumption,environment protection and other sectors and are more restrict on the product quality.
Seeing from the technological equipment,the entry criteria expresses clear and definite,the annual production of new-build alkali-free glass fiber pool kiln method roving drawing production line(the single diameter>9 micrometer)should reach 50000 tons and the new-built spun yarn drawing production line(the single diameter≤9 micrometer)should reach 30000 tons year.The medium-alkali glass fiber Pool kiln method drawing production lines are prohibited to rebuilding and expansion.To build new high-performance and special glass fiber production on conditions that the annual production of single furnace should reach more than 20000 tons and the platinum crucible process should reach 2000 tons per year,and moreover,the single diameter should be above 7 micrometers.The new-built production lines should adopt the pure oxygen combustion,electric boosting,automation of logistics,exhaust gas and waste heat re-utilization and other advanced technology;meanwhile it should be equipped with environment protection and safety production facilities.
On the respect of energy consumption,the entry criteria requires,per unit of the new-built production line consumes the roving should not more than 0.55 tons standard core,and the spun yarn diameter ranking from 4 to 9 micrometer should not more 0.75 tons standard core per ton yarn.New high performance or special glass fiber and platinum crucible method with production unit comprehensive energy consumption acuities is above 0.37 tons of standard coal/tons of yarn.The glass ball furnace should adopt the advanced furnace melting system process and thermal insulation and energy-saving technology.The alkali-free glass ball furnace per unit consumes energy should not more than 0.4 tons standard core one ton ball.And the alkali glass ball furnace per unit consumes energy should not more than 0.3 tons standard core one ton ball.
