Reportedly Timken Company, high-performance steel and bearing manufacturer in the United States, has acquired the assets of Smith Services Inc. Smith Service mainly deal with repairs and rewinds for electric motors and its generated revenues of US$17.0 million in 2012. Timken is expected to reveal its first quarter 2013 on 24th April. With the strength of Smith Services, Timken Company will extend its repair business and help reach geographically as Smith Services locate at the heart of industrial region, Princeton.
