(China Glass Network)Construction Committee of Rizhao City announced that new"Management Approach of Renewable Energy Construction Application Demonstration Project"will be issued.The residential or public buildings of new construction,reconstruction and extension completed before July 31st of 2013 will get subsidy with PV power system installation,the subsidy will be 2-45 RMB per square meter.
The new management approach is introduced according to documentation requirements of Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Construction of Housing in Urban and Rural Areas and combined with the actual situation of Rizhao City.The renewable energy architecture application mentioned in the approach includes heat pump technology with water source,soil source,BIPV,etc.
The hanging distributed and centralized solar water heating system will get subsidy of 2 RMB/m2 and 8 RMB/m2,the heat pump technology with underground water source,surface water source and soil source will get subsidy of 20 RMB/m2,35 RMB/m2 and 45 RMB/m2,respectively.
This is the first time for Rizhao City to adopt subsidy policy for PV power application.The green building,large public buildings,indemnificatory housing with renewable energy application architecture projects will be preferentially chosen as demonstration projects.
