Zhejiang Semir Garment (SZSE: 002563) recorded operating revenue of CNY 7.063 billion in 2012, falling 8.98% over a year earlier, according to its annual report released on April 22.
Operating profits hit CNY 989 million, falling 38.85%; net profits reached CNY 761 million; earnings per share hit CNY 114 million.
Analysts said the company's operating results was basically in line with market expectations, attributed the decline mainly to the general downturn of the consumption in the garment industry and digestion of the inventory, and predicted the future results will achieve a V-shaped reversal.
