It's reported that TMK, one of the major steel pipe producers in Russia said that its subsidiary OFS International LLC has acquired 100% stake in ITS Tubular Services located in Houston, Texas, US. It's known that ITS Tubular Services is able to produce 700,000 tons of threaded pipes and 250,000 tons of couplings per year. Meanwhile, this acquisition is a new step for TMK to expand its business field in the US market.
