The Chinese steelmaker Shagang announced to leave its rebar prices unchanged for November 21-30 period due to limited availability has supported spot prices. After the announcement, the prices for HRB400 rebar with diameter of 16mm-25mm are at RMB3,680/ton, with 17% VAT Besides, Shagang also kept its prices for HPB300 wire rods with diameter of 6.5mm flat at RMB3,610/ton, with 17% VAT.
