Reportedly, Baosteel Stainless announced to cut its domestic prices for austenitic stainless coils by RMB700~RMB800/ton for July to reflect lower market prices. After the adjustment, its list prices for 304 grade hot rolled coils (HRC) are at RMB14,500/ton, decreasing by RMB800/ton; those for 304 grade cold rolled coils (CRC) with thickness of 2mm and 2B finish are at RMB15,500/ton, falling by RMB700/ton, both compared to the prices in June. Meanwhile, the company remained its list prices for 430 grade CRC with thickness of 2mm unchanged at RMB9,600/ton for July.
