EMS provider Lite-On Technology has reported consolidated revenues of NT$18.275 billion (US$602 million) for March, rising 18.76% sequentially and 11.21% on year, and January-March consolidated revenues reached NT$51.392 billion, up 10.68% on year.
March revenues from power supply devices increased over 20% sequentially due to demand for networking equipment and servers used in cloud computing, it said, adding revenues from CCMs (compact camera modules) for smartphones and tablets grew 20% sequentially and those from SSDs (solid-state drives) hiked 10%.
Due to growing demand for LED lighting, March revenues from LED devices and lighting products rose nearly 20% sequentially, it added.
