The general manager, Ma Guoqiang, the deputy general manager, Wang Jing of Baosteel as well as the president and general manager, Liang Haishan of Qindao Haier attended the inaugural ceremony and inaugurated the joint laboratory together.
Since both parties signed the long-term cooperation agreement in 1998, Haier has regarded Baosteel as the trustworthy strategic cooperation partner in the steel industry and Baosteel has also provided the technical service of the whole process and full range for Haier through the methods of the whole process of technical support, the customer representative system, steel application specialist and the project cooperation development etc. Especially in the aspect of the project cooperation, both parties have successfully developed the projects such as the high-grade glass-lined steel replacing the stainless steel, materials of high strengthening and air conditioning steel green solutions etc. Baosteel also has Qingdao Baojing as the main body to give full play to the system power, extend the supply chain and provide the overall service scheme such as distribution and processing etc for various production and manufacturing bases of Haier. At the same time, Haier has also become one of the first batch of key customers' manager pilot users of Baosteel.
The management innovation of "the combination of human and list" of Haier, which adapts to the informationization and internet age background, is the revolution of the traditional management mode. The joint laboratory will implement the project management. In the next phase the application of the leading technology of the steel industry in the household electrical appliance field, the using technology research of the household electrical appliance steel on the basis of the end-user demand and the application of the digital simulation technology in the field of the household electrical appliance steel shall be the main research direction to refine the cooperation project, lock personnel, goal, progress and carry out the project research. At the same time, during the process of the project implementation, regular inspection should be carried out to promote the progress situation of the solutions.
