It's reported that Korea's H-beam imports totaled 53,590 tons during August 1st and August 25th, exceeding the total imports in July. Among them, the H-beam imports from China totaled 49,030 tons, accounting for 91% of total; those from Japan were at 4,477 tons. Industry sources expected that Korea's H-beam imports might exceed 150,000 tons in August and September.
